Individual Tuition and Therapy
Individual Tuition is aimed at helping you to develop and explore your own Yoga experience and is personally designed to create a bespoke practice that will meet your needs and lifestyles, this is how Yoga was traditionally taught.
You may want to explore yoga as a means of support physically, mentally and emotionally and as an aid for transformation and change. Group classes by their very nature will be generic in the application of asana so 1:1 session will give you an opportunity to have a deeper experience.
Through our 1:1 meetings i will work with you to design a practice that you can use on a regular basis at home, the contents of this routine may vary greatly between different clients, depending on needs, interests, abilities and life styles. Typically it will include a number of yoga exercises (asana) and some breathing exercises (pranayama). It may also include elements of relaxation, meditation and personal reflection, depending on your interests.
